You will have your own Eddy Finn account. Payment for this account will either go through PayPal, Affirm, or WooCommerce. They will have your payment information and history. We will not have access to it. Please contact them with questions and concerns. You will be responsible for the confidentiality of your account. If you give out your user ID and password, you are responsible for the payment on the account. We reserve the right to close any account for abuse of that account. Please read the Terms and Conditions for the payment option you choose for information concerning fraud and /or abuse of your account.
We partner with UPS and The Postal Service (USPS) for our shipping needs. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, but we will process claims if you report them immediately. Contact team@eddyfinnofficial.com to give the information necessary for the claim. In the case of a damaged product, please keep the original packaging.
